How many domains a change reaches before you save it.
A service is defined once and attached to many domains, so one save can change thousands of them. The service editor always says how far a change reaches.
The save button names the count, for example Save to 842 domains, and a callout explains it. The count includes domains attached directly and domains that get the service through a smart group.
Changes publish to every edge within a minute and are recorded in Activity. The editor's side panel lists the domains the service is attached to, with a link to see them all in Domains.
