Privacy policy

1. What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, team), the domains and configuration you manage, messages you send us, and operational logs from our edge such as request metadata, DNS query types and WAF events. Unique visitors are counted with a hash that changes every day, so request analytics never store visitor IP addresses; blocked-request (WAF) logs keep the blocked IP.
2. How we use it
To serve and route your domains, keep the service secure, show you analytics, and tell you about drift, expiry and claims. We don't sell personal data.
3. Retention
Edge logs are kept for 90 days. Account data is kept while your account exists, and is deleted when you delete your account.
