Responding to incoming claims
What happens when someone else claims one of your domains.
When another account claims one of your domains, it appears under Claims → Incoming, the dashboard shows it under Needs attention, and you are notified.
A claim only succeeds if the claimant publishes the proof in the domain's DNS or changes its nameservers, which normally means they control the domain. If they do, the domain moves to them.
If you still need the domain, make sure the claimant doesn't control its DNS or registrar account, and contact support. You can also release a domain to the claimant straight away, one at a time or in bulk.
